This was made with a bit more focused alchemy, instead of combining large quantities of random shit for shits and giggles. Whenever a battle is about to begin, it alerts the user, eager for the spilling of blood and grist.

Flickering (2.5): Free 2-space teleport on hit with an attack power; full damage against Incorporeal targets

Weapon Power is just the default Weapon Power, which is a Standard Aggrievement with 2[W] damage instead of 1[W]
