I stayed up all night/morning making this. Or rather, I stayed up all mornight, and I spent that time making this. It is
three four in the morning and I'm not tired so why not post this while I'm up (up as in moving, not up as in awake, since I'll be wide awake the rest of the day).
I added the light color to the jean zipper area because it didn't look quite right as one color because it didn't look quite right without a zipper. No forearms/feet because drawing the rest of his torso all splayed and whatnot was confusing enough as is. I didn't know what do do with his arms/feet drawing-wise, so, like most any other time I'm in that situation when making a digital drawing, I winged it and did something with the colors. I considered doing something like I did there with the blood when I realized fading it out might not look very good, and his symbol just happened to fit perfectly with what I was doing, both shape-wise and color-wise.
I made his shirt ripped because I wanted him to look more Jesus-y, but then didn't rip his pants because just drawing the whole lines for the pants was tough (and jeans are hard to draw in the first place), so why waste good lines. And I think I may have accidentally his hips because I'm used to drawing females. Can someone tell me if I did? Because I really can't tell by eye if it looks wrong unless I'm drawing a female. The abundance of blood was also an effort to make him more Jesus-y, and also I have been wanting a reason to draw a blood-stained article of clothing for a while now. Jesus bled from his neck and forehead, right? ...Right? I may not have actually done any holy research into the matter of the Jesusifying of one. Speaking of seemingly pointless head bleeding, I should've given him a crown of thorns. Oh well.
My only regret is that his lower torso is turned slightly to the left and that makes no sense but WWHATEVVER
