Cue one of the male characters volunteering to save her from the grimdark spell she is obviously under.

You tackle the confused and surprised dersite to the ground, pinning his arms behind his back. You'll have none of that nonsense. He squeaks out that he doesn't know what he did wrong, and questions if you're going to carry them then, because even after what he used to open the door, it's kind of heavy, and could you get off him please?

Resisting the urge to shout 'lansakes', you go back through the door into the monitor room to find Mimi wrestling with the Dersite near a bag on the floor.

It occurs to you that sending you into the next room, rather than a certain female companion of yours, may have been a huge waste of time.

You casually grab the explosives and chuck them into the water. Problem solved.

The dersite whines how some of those aren't supposed to get wet and you didn't close the watertight bag first.

"Fair enough. I figured you were making a beeline for your SECRET KAMIKAZE TECHNIQUE: FILL 'EM WITH GUNPOWDER. We're probably still fine, though, unless some of the explosives are triggered by water. Apologies if you needed those to get where you're going, but me and the others can probably help you out in that regard."

He says that the C-4 should still be fine, and if we fish it out he might be able to salvage the dynamite. He says we'll probably need it to get into some of the other temples, but he did find one that was open once already.

He then goes onto explain that his SECRET KAMIKAZE TECHNIQUE is actually HAT FULL OF C-4, not FILL 'EM WITH GUNPOWDER. He tells you it was a good guess though.

It occurs to you that that isn't much of a secret then, now is it?

Between Alex and Danielle, you might have a quarter of a clue as to what the hell is going on. Unfortunately, clues round down.

Well, first you roll it, not shoot it, and you roll 2d10 and add your initiative modifier.
