You swim out of the temple, to explore under the sea (under the sea).

The nearest location is the reef village. You look around, and see mostly empty ocean, except for an enormous yellow battleship laying in the silt, previously obscured behind the temple from your view.

You point it out to DA, who uses interpretive water ballet to inform you that it is a Prospitian Vessel, probably destroyed in one of the recent battles.

I think he would've likely found some way to get down from the mountain by now (Doesn't really matter how.) and would be doing some kind of stupid Side-Quest for Boondollars. And about to pester Mimi a bit.
