I said that I would wait until she made more levels to avoid running into the mysterious guy. I shouldn't have left without hearing from KM. That's why I considered it metagaming.

Easily justified as 'he was bored, decided tracking the guy might be more worthwhile.' Or something.

Do you want to avoid all enemies you can? Or do you want to sneak attack some of them? If the former, I'll just make a couple stealth rolls, and only post a map and enemies if you get spotted. Otherwise, I can give you the first group of enemies you encounter whether you see them or not.

In the interim, you make for your next gate, getting delioriously ninjasty all in up this business. Nothing suspects you are there.

RL: Go back to hover-wandering.

You return to drifting about. After all, you can sit around anytime, but you can only fly when you're asleep!

Wait a sec, is someone else awake in their dreamsphere?

You get off of your computer and begin to make your way up to the top of your house. More monsters block your path, as always. It's like the game has nothing better to do than throw a bunch of monsters at you.

At least it's only a few imps. Though you suspect there will be more when you reach the top.

Roll initiative.

Nowhere specific, just fly around really fast for kicks.

You try to fly as fast as you can. Unfortunately, you soon discover that you don't seem to be able to fly much faster, if at all so, then when you run. That's kind of disappointing.
