Cannot find path.

There's this dwarf who keeps on trying to build a road, but keeps canceling it because he "cannot find path. The problem is, he's standing right on top of it.

It's possible the stone he's supposed to use to build it is inaccessible.  You could try cancelling the road and rebuilding it with a different set of stones.
