Certain kids at my middle school snorted sour powder on several occasions. Not even on a dare or anything; probably just to get attention.
My middle school was quite full of idiotic acts, upon reflection.

A friend of mine thought consuming some Kool-Aid powder would be a good idea. He had severe troubles tasting for the rest of the day, in addition to intense pain for a short while.

Also, people driving. One of the main reasons I don't like to drive.

One time, I made cold chocolate water by dumping a packet of cocoa mix into a bottle of cold water and shaking it.

That wasn't really that stupid, actually. It tasted pretty good, too.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I had some assholes walk down my street at 2:00 am the other night obviously intoxicated or in an otherwise 'elevated state of existence' screaming at each other to 'stop fucking touching me' and after getting all the dogs barking yelling 'Yeah, you better fucking bark!' At which point I wanted to yell at them to fuck off, but instead I slammed my window.

We had kids snorting cinnamon/sugar crystals at my middle school. They couldn't really figure out why it burned so much.

People driving is another one, yeah. Somehow some idiot or another almost manages to hit me just about every time I hit the road. Also, people not using their blinkers until they're halfway through their turn. It's REALLY not that hard to switch on your blinker while you're waiting for the light to turn.  ::)
I hate it when people don't use turn signals, and add to it, go less than 5mph while doing a wide turn into a narrow road. Or people deliberately driving 5-10mph below the speed limit (especially after seeing the sign too) for the entire street, essentially making conga lines of cars form. It's especially bad if you;re rushing to a job or class. Of course, we can't forget my favorite that got me in an accident and tried pinning the blame on me (but failed. Thank God our police are competent here.): when turning into a main road, not going immediately to the right, but the lane closer to the inner turning lane (and not intending to turn using it either).

Fortunately the skid marks I left on the road proved my case as just (that I was blind-sided and had little-to-no time to react). The guy came out of nowhere, and because he owned a Mercedes, made him think he was entitled to a "fair" justice of pinning the young kid who had to slam his brakes to avoid an accident. Sorry, I had witnesses and evidence to back my case up. Not to forget, all he had was a smidge of paint from my car on his, I had a cracked bumper and a damaged headlight from that.

Gotta love when snowbirds act like they rule the road.

Perhaps you should schedule your time better so that you aren't rushing everywhere? I've had more close calls with people rushing and being impatient than I've ever had with people going at a speed they are supposed to be going. Also, if they are doing it "delibrately", it's not really stupid/retarded, is it?
I generally do it to people like you because I find hilarious.

Also because you get the conga line even if you're going 5 mph ABOVE the speed limit. Also, just because you're in a hurry doesn't mean I am! I'm gonna drive at whatever speed I feel reasonable so long as its within legal limits (speed limit to speed limit -15 in most places)

My point? These people aren't doing something stupid or retarded, they just don't care about you or your petty problems and easily frustrated nature. :P

What if the average speed limit across town (aka, local "speed limit") is the speed limit or 5-10 over? Yes, the average speed in my town is at least 5-above (50 on a 45. It's more common than you think. Even the local cop cars follow that local rule.). In fact, it's so enforced, late at night, anyone following every-single-traffic-rule and following speed limit or going 5-below is a sign of a drunk driver (driving paranoid as it's regarded), and are more likely to get pulled over. Heck, I've even seen the local authorities get annoyed with these same annoying drivers I mentioned.

I think one time I was pulled over by one of these same slow/bad drivers before while being pretty pissed off at me for "driving wild". Note: I was following all traffic laws and shown speed limit in broad daylight (and many others were driving just like me), and was actually patient with him the whole way through, whereas they were driving 30 on a 45 with 1 driving lane, and I just passed by them when it finally forked into 2 lanes going the speed limit as I passed (along with at least six other cars and a semi-truck). Now THAT's idiotic. I even explained them the road sign, and they got even angrier at me to the point of road rage; I'm not kidding. It also begs me to ask this question; what is it about me that makes people want to bully me so much?

↓: Spoken truth. Of course, admitting my own driving flaws by doing so.

It had nothing to do with you. To every driver, any difference in another's driving style is inherently Wrong.

Nevermind, wikipedia seems to be more reliable than google images to find out what something means (:P) and it's just powder..

It's basically finely powdered sugar with flavouring. They got severe nosebleeds, and one got an asthma attack :/

I remember back in the day when I still attended school.. what grade I don't remember..
So I was passing by these older guys daring each other to snort up a single Chili pepper seed, one of them decided to try.
The hilarity ensued was quite entertaining.

Does Shutting down the Al Jazeera headquarters for dubious reasons just months after a revolution intended to bring more democracy to Egypt count?

Two grown men fighting over a place in line at the cafe I work at. Both of them regulars, both stay to drink their coffee, and both were over 40. It didn't escalate to blows, but it was headed that way when my coworker called the manager over. I know it doesn't compare to sherbert snorting, but it just boggled me at the time, especially since we were overstaffed and had their orders (the same every time) ready before they even stepped into line.

Seriously? I did that all the time as a kid (consuming, not snorting). It's mostly sugar. With some fruit flavor and artificial color.

Hah... driving, I'm one of those arseholes that go 'fast'.

Down where I drive, basically SouthEastern NY State and the surrounding areas, cops tend to only grab people going over 20....
Though, there are some 'local' places where cops will nab ya for going even 1 mile above the limit.
