Influence is your raw power, control is how much of that you can actually use. Unused influence is thrown into random events. Influence that is unused because the roll wasnt big enough just dissapears.

You meditate on your form and order yourself slightly better. The Heart is pleased.

You then proceed to create a host of bacon chaos marines. The Heart is not pleased in the least. The Heart wonders what you did to deserve this sort of thing.

The marine doesnt do much at all. It is quite frankly disturbing to see a "spawn of chaos" do nothing.

They will push through in 2 turns. One of Them wonders why something would create marines out of bacon, and then discards the question due to its inanity.

I have no idea wtf is going on anymore, this guy seems to be Cthulhu's grandson or something, so just merge the bacon marines.  Seriously, this is confusing as hell.

And what happened with the inanely good roll on the imposing order on the ground?

Insanely good roll? How is that insane? It was very good for your capabilities, but at the beginning you could get up to 20 and as such 10 was average, and as such 13 above average. There have been loads of 12 rolls and such. You must be looking at it from the perspective of it being "max", but you rolled a bloody 27 with the marines.

Anyway I just took it as counteracting the effects of random events, so I subtracted it from the roll. (dat 26-13=13)

As far as things being confusing goes, I wasnt the one who made the bacon marines. Nor the one who ate the order dude. Nor the one who used up so much control that the random events caused a volcano that might erupt at some point. If you are complaining about how I dont explain the numbers, then thats a different matter.

I could totally put up a proper status screen and explain all stuff if you want me to.
