Well,

A month has 30 days in it. there are 3 months in a season. Some things, such as herding, require a constant presence throughout the entire season. Other things, such as foraging and hunting, take up a set number of days per attempt. My game has lots of failures and low odds for success in a lot of things unless you relentlessly train in the skill. As such, you gain little for each attempt but enough over the course of the entire season.
This is why Tack is able to execute all his actions but a single word, watch the herd, can eat up so much time.

It appears Ahra and Nix continue to do the buffalo drop instead of working with the herd, so here's the turn. Amazingly, it doesn't pan out at all for them. Nix has the Mokoli warrior's luck this season. Seems like everything around him isn't doing so well.

Tack, what happens to last year's staff in the ritual?
Spoiler: El-Effhichen (click to show/hide)

The Gokenloa do not fish this season. They fish in the summer, and sometimes hunt sharks in the winter if food supplies are low. Spring is for planting.
Spoiler: Gokanloa (click to show/hide)

There is no more questioning Mokoli's suitability. The blood of his ancesters clearly flows strong in him, with his defeat of the challenger. Though there are still other things the tribe might do if he doesn't increase their food stocks somehow.
Spoiler: Mokoli (click to show/hide)

(Edit: Forgot to mention it. NRDL, your clothes are now bone reinforced.)
(Edit 2: Nrdl, if you want, there is a new Adult female in the tribe. You could have a new wife.)

Eh, we're already at the spring meet, aren't we?
If we are, I'll change my turn. Watch this space.

Also, the old staff is buried with the offal, sorry I didn't mention that.
And I guess I continue with my many duties, and arrange for a fellow tribesman to adopt the newborn.

As for my apprentice, my next area of instruction is recognizing medicinal and poisonous flora.
I'll also get him to help gather helpful herbs autonomously when he's not being taught or otherwise busy.

Hurry towards the Clanmeet. Adopt the slave-baby as my own. Get Sylis to weave some woolen clothes.Learn to play a recorder. See if any of the slaves know how to use them, if so, give them one.Kill of 20 sheep and harvest their wool (personal flock).Once again try to breed the deer.Ask the hunters to try to bring capture animals.

Also, NDRL might be away for three months. You migh want to turn his character into a NPC.

I'll take into account that NRDL will be away and not wait on his turns. All characters that don't give orders are effectively NPCs for the season. Doing the bare minimum to ensure the tribe survives.
Ahra, the "lost sheep" represent those that couldn't be "hunted down". Killed by predation or accident, or worse fates. Lost and the meat spoiled. Attrition for not having enough control for the herd size.
As for going to the Clanmeet, Unless Tak'am wants to make an issue of it, the chief feels his obligation to deliver the sheep is pressing. It was really less of a loan that must be repaid and more of a honor-gift thing that allowed the tribe to survive. It'd be a mortal insult on the rest of the clans to not make good on the word for repayment. So yea, if you don't intend to make the clanmeet, make it convincing. Otherwise you arrive at the start of Summer.

Mokoli Population:
Chieftain Mafun, 17 Male Warriors, 6 Former Almache women (2 are still actively resisting)
Total of 24. 18 men, 6 women.

Simple solution: The two still resisting get shared out amongst the tribe, whilst the others, the more accepting ones, actually get some rights.
Still thinking of what else to do. :)

I'm not gone yet, I'll be gone tomorrow.

Continue helping to get more food by either hunting or whatever, get married, and pray that she doesn't die.

Thanks Kogan.

I'll reluctantly allow people to go to the clan-meet, seeing as that'd be a horrifically big abuse of my power- as I don't have that much more power than the shaman of the other clans... yet.

But I'd like to keep the sick people away from the other people. They're fine to be around animals, if they're well enough to move- but they have to keep away from the yurt.
How many hides do we need to make a new tent?

Hey, what exactly is stopping us from settling down besides tradition? If we can just settle down, then I think I have an idea to become terribly overpowered.

Well, we've got the basics of better house-building so far. We could visit some other tribes, get up a strong knowledge base, and then we'd be way ahead when we did decide to settle down.

Yeah, pretty much. All we really need to do know is collect more knowledge and try to convince the Clan to join us.

Except, the spring ritual is kind of based around a nomadic tribe. So that'll need some changes. Plus we need to find a place to settle.
Plus, neither of us is the chief.

How old is the chief?
