You also didn't mention that ninja become incredibly weak like henchmen when they're in numbers, as well.

Get that sword and start slashing up the ninjas. It's a little-known fact - mentioned by the other people here - that ninjas suck badly at fighting when they're evil henchmen.

Grab keys, walk to nearest ninja, kill him by stabbing in the eye with the key, grab his sword and start killing the rest of the ninjas

You slip out of the car, run up to a ninja, and punch him in the face! You then take his katana, dispatch him cleanly with it, and toss the katana like a boomererang at an approaching squad of ninjas, neatly decapitating them all! The katana flies back into your hand.
Nick gets out of the car and unloads a clip at the ninjas, shredding them! You both take off, losing the ninja horde in the process! After a few minutes of running down the street (and many more of resting your pudgy, out-of-shape ass on the sidewalk), you arrive at the museum!
"Alright, we're gonna need to get some additional firepower and a new ride. Any ideas?"
