Hmm. Tough choice. Do I give Azure Drake Barrel Extension or Commando? The extra accuracy would be nice with his guns, but the extra hit points would be nice since when he does show up he's usually alone. Not that he gives his opponents much of a chance to shoot back most of the time.

Gave you an odd guy with nimble fingers... I was kinda hoping for an automatic weapon to go with that, but he started with a sniper, and got a DEagle on levelup... not the most useful combo. http://spd-lambda.minitroopers.com/hq

Also, you forgot Cold Blooded. This guy is a killing machine without a proper weapon. If he had a MOS-TEK or a Magellan, he'd be unstoppable. Or an assault rifle, at least.
