Human Wave has a chance against any four-man group if they don't have a saboteur or some ridiculous killer among them. The reinforcement waves get an initiative bonus and that can win the fight – that, or I get lucky with that first Infernal Tube guy or a poison grenade.

WTF medic. Why the hell do my medics always stand around and get killed after healing, and this dude runs around like a madman?

And the sepulchridudes are really meh. Im thinking you should just start over. Your dudes are all at level 8, mine are 6, and you pretty much get owned. And you dont have any sabs. Sabs are important.

And heres Harrersen taking out 5 human wave dudes by himself. All sabbed though.

EDIT: Concerning human wave, that poison nade gets me occasionally. Most annoying friggin thing ever. Dude doesnt have the grenade throwing thing, but always gets all my dudes.

Sabs are the only thing my luck has not yielded me. I believe the closest I had to them was a spy. The CO had the option of being a scout, the medic had the option of being a spy, the soldier had a munitions option (had one by then), and the munitions had the soldier option (beautiful, beautiful irony). I might save up for a fifth just to see if I get a sab this time.

And I really, REALLY need to get that medic some armor or health. He gets taken out way too quickly, and can't use his awesome shooting skills. He's like a glass cannon. A glass cannon that doubles as a medkit.

My army rating is 64.

I don't like sabs. I mean, sure, if I got the option i'd probably take it as its the only thing that I don't have and having one might even the playing field. That being said, i'd prefer a comms. Its annoying me that I don't have either of them.

hah, on the contrary, sabs are awesome

too many people with on-point rockets and similar bullshit, that prevent actual fights from happening

after a certain level, sabs wont usualy deprive you of all your weapons anyway

Sepulchridudes flatten The Unseen. I believe we're back to KoH.

Sepulchridudes are very luck-dependant. They have the capacity to kick serious amounts of ass, but things like on-point infernaltubers, spies and saboteurs tend to really break their stride. Very little margin of error there. I need Bait for Sleuth so that enemies focus fire on him and not the much more kill-capable medic. I need a better rokkit launcher for Dick. I need hydroshocks and/or Frenetic for Inspector. I need more armor for the medic. I very probably need a saboteur to keep being competitive. Lots of things this team needs to actually become kickass.

Also, the power rating is 48.

Mine's 75. I kinda wish I had a comms officer. Or a medic.

There are perks that neutralize saboteurs. Smart is a partial screen, while suspicious neutralizes them completely. And then you have armies like 31st Infantry who seem to be just as dangerous without their weapons. :D

I don't have any kickass armies. I have a few stand-out soldiers scattered amongst the average armies I do have. One very good shotgun cyclist (only thing is he's a soldier and not a pilot), a couple of pretty good snipers, but not much that's that great. Atomizer's my best army at power rating 70, but it mostly gets by because it has two saboteurs, three rockets, a tank that shows up very rarely, and the sniper has Scavenger, which is by far his best trick.

My singular army is only decent because of fisher. I'm pretty sure that without that guy, I wouldn't win any battles.

Now I just need him to get frenetic, restless or suspicious and he'll be kicking far to much ass for me to care that everyone else sucks :P Although i'll admit, artyom's excellent grenade throwing skills usually take out around two-three enemies and never hit fisher, even if he's stood on top of it, which is nice.

Edit:

Also, if you did indeed have the hill Sean, you no longer have it :P <3 fisher so much

Also, demonstration of artyom throwing a nade at fishers feet and not hitting him

Sabs suck~  Total buzzkills.

Regarding power levels:
Blitzcraigs' at 35
Deathsquid's at 50
Honksquad's at 49
Secondsquid's at 37
and Farce is at 63
And Balut, at 23.

Farce is pretty underpowered, I'm pretty sure, but all of the others are quite effective for their level.  Except Balut, of course - they're B-list-recruit-tier.

Also, Deathsquid has no Comms, Sabs, Spahs or Medics.  Pretty badass for a group without those edges, I think.
