They had a saboteur on their team. He made your guys weapons inoperable.

my champion is now holding his artifact crossbow by his upper left leg and still shooting with is just fine despite having no hands.

ya is there any way to tell people to use a specific weapon, a guy I have has poison nade and a smg, he uses the smg until it runs outta bullets and then punches, never once using the nade.

Sponge: All weapons fully charged at start of battle  or  grenade

Jackolds:  200 initiative upon him killing an enemy  or   halves aiming penalty when firing successive shots, and reduces waiting time after firing by 30%

Maxunnel:  berreta or sparrowhawk (some kind of sniper rifle)

T-Crakauer:  Minigun, or he will dodge half the shots fired at him while he is moving.

What type of grenade exactly? All are pretty good though (when they hit that is...) so probably go for that. The revolver is already fully loaded, and the shotgun only holds 1 so it is as well, making the other choice pretty worthless anyway.

Initiative on kill could be great and lead to sprees, but the other option allows firing more all the time so I suggest that. Either would be good though.

Maxunnel will mostly be using rockets, he doesn't need more than an assault rifle for close defence. Doesn't really need another long range weapon either, but it is probably the better choice.

T-Crakauer is a sniper, he won't be moving much. Minigun for when he runs out of ammo, or they get close seems sensible.
