You missed the Scattergun.

I don't quite understand how the crit/kill reelationship works either, and neither does anyone else: From what I've gathered from the forum a critical is not the same thing as a killshot, and the shaky consensus was that crits occur when you hit a part that's already been damaged while the chance of a killshot is determined by weapon accuracy or something else. If this is correct (it's probably not), then weapons like the Sparrowhawk are still good for killshots but not as good as they appear. I'd say the Magellan is the best rifle overall once you've got a few decent skills.

Also note that every assault rifle bar the FAMAS has a minimum range, which is another plus for the gun.

I dunno, my Sparrowhawks have a good track record of killshots on the first hit, and I often tell them to aim for the heart. I heard that criticals theory too, not sure if it's right. Most guys don't even go more than 20 life, even a lowly x10 multiplier is a kill. I'm sure that hitting the same spot twice does extra damage, it makes sense that hitting a spot the second time is a critical.. but does make high multipliers redundant if it were true.

Also, yeah, I missed out on the assault rifle minimum range thing, didn't understand range until I was halfway down writing about snipers :P

BTW, I think I figured how initiative works. Everyone basically has a certain amount of turns before they can move again. Like someone who shoots a 100 recovery weapon has to wait 100 turns before they can shoot again, wait maybe 40 turns after stopping to aim or something. They can't do anything in that time, so the time clock runs through, until it can find someone with a free turn. If there are several people who are free to move, the one who rolls highest initiative moves first. Would explain why initiative didn't help with small fights, but on the 4 on 4 fights, they seemed to make all the difference.

But not sure, I've seen time 'freeze' a bit when people use Twinoid, don't know what that means.

I think initiative is the amount of stuff a person can do. Lets say you have a gun with 100 recovery, and gain 500 initiative, that means you can shoot the gun 5 times before you run out of actions. Aiming might cut down on that though...

I really have no idea about the inner workings of this game though. Just a thought.

Heh, they all had on point, so they could all shoot before minispah could.

My Minispah has Dodger, Compensator, Thermos, and Battle-Ready, all of which contribute to his overpoweredness  :P

Toxic Shells says fire up to three, but apparently it turns all your bullets into toxic shells. That, combined with the fact poison is OP as hell and needs a nerf, means...well, yeah.

Ohohohoho, finally got a fourth man in Frontier Justice.

Sure, he's not anything special right now compared to my other guys. But he has a Shotgun, Frentic, and Sprinter. Imagine what he'll be like with a few upgrades.
