It's not an M25, and is therefore totally impressive.

What's this about the M25 not being awesome?

Don't get me wrong, the M25 kicks ass.  It's just the least damaging per shot.  I've had normal, 10 HP guys survive shots from it very often with like Mooson and stuff.

Anyway:

Like a boss (3rd raid).  Spyman over there also did awesome during Raid 1, avoiding death by assault rifle via two consecutive rolls, and killing the enemy mostly-by himself.

Someone do Shotgun + Adrenaline + Zigzag + Restless. Less Solo Mission on demand than instant win on demand. Actually, I have a Zigzag + Shotgun guy now, so I'll hope for the best.

On a related subject, I got Hurry for my Comms. Officer a while back, but it doesn't seem to help much. Oh, and don't take Lucky Charm and Invincible together. They cancel each other out and killshots turn into Lucky Charm procs. :(

Just discovered this game today, having a blast, would love to get lots of recruits.  I actually hunted through all the recruits in this thread (or at least a lot of them) until I got a starter with shotgun and Sparrowhawk, loving him so far.  Snipe from a distance, shotgun for when they get close.  Not the greatest setup I'm sure but for my first character it could be worse right?  I do have some questions though, maybe somebody knows the answers?

For favorite weapon, is that the weapon they will normally use or is it simply the weapon they start the battle with?

With preferred target, is there some special differences between where they aim?  Gut, heart, head, and lung all seem to be kill-shots when they connect.  I'm guessing arm shots cause weapons to drop and legs lower speed, is that about right?

Anyway, I'm going to start going backwards through this thread and making armies for as many people as I can, would love to have the favor returned.  I'll edit this thread with each army I give a recruit to.

I'm not sure about the rest but headshots do bonus damage. Almost everyone aims for the head with the exception of Heartbreaker snipers and the like.

You can only make a limited number per day (for me it's two, others say it's three; I'm not sure what determines the limit) and you can only make two recruits to any one army.

Thanks for the info.  I guess I'll pop back in a couple hours and see if I can make recruits for people after the reset.

Also, the reason I vow revenge against A-list armies that beat up on Human Wave? This crap. Like, every single infiltrate mission they get is unbeatable. The last two were against 31st Infantry. Human Wave is actually sort of okay against them and got close a couple of times. Pomm's on-point rocket launcher dude consistently turns them into hamburger.

In other fights, today's episode of Atomizer vs. Farce went down to the very last hit point.

So, who wants to trade recruits? Atomizer and Human Wave are hiring!
