Furorlux "Ragelight" (Corrosion Succession Fortress at a lake)
« on: September 06, 2011, 07:44:17 pm »

Welcome to the Corrosion fortress, Furorlux! It is made in honor of Carcer Furorlux, an adventurer I made that died. The fortress will be insane, !!FUN!! filled, and hopefully surviving past a few turns!

The target of this game is to survive, build a giant memorial in honor of Carcer, build a huge fish-based economy, and survive in this wet terrain. Oh, I didn't mention it? This area is based in a

After my turn (which I will start tomorrow) other Overseers will be given Goals and Covenants. A Goal is announced publicly. I can issue one, or they can make one, as long as it's hard-ish. Failing has no penalty, but completion merits 3 points. Covenants will be told to the overseer via PM. Telling ANYONE else makes you fail the Covenant, and you lose 10 points. Failing naturally makes you lose 3 points, and completing it gives you 5 points. You have the option to refuse a Covenant if you think you can't handle it. Just don't do it often. ;D Points will have a purpose later on. But I won't tell you what they are yet.  :P

So, now that we understand that, who wants to join? Just give me the details if you want to sign up for a turn, and let me know if you want to be humied (Equivalent of being dorfed). First come, first humied, remember that.

I don't want a turn, but can I be humied?  A rifleman named Nix, I'd like him to be in the military/security team.

Put me in for a turn? And humie me as Biag, if there's one left. No other preferences.

~Alexei's Log~

Hello, I am Alexei. I've been sent by my friend Requiro Lacus-Oceanus of Fullgift to build a glorioust fortress by the lake in honor of his late friend Carcer Furorlux. I brought 6 other fools troops with me.

We've gotten started, We have a miner digging out...rock. None of us truly give a damn about geology. In order to get food, I ordered Nix and Tectum to chase after an elk. They have been at it for a day now. I'm not sure which side will give up first.

We've gotten a few things up. I won't post much because I want to do the first turn, get that out the way, and let you guys have fun with it. I also want to see journals made by watchers that aren't playing at the time, like in Deadiron. It's summer now, and here's a picture of the area. Oh, and the elk lost.

The top left is the mine, the lake is a HUGE source of fish, we'll never run out of food, as long as we aren't forced underground. lol More posting tomorrow. I hope.

What's Savvy Jones' job? (I'll take whatever you've given her.) Also, stone is dig-safe? A pity... :P

Paul's audio-log entry:1
I escaped from that horrible vault, and found this group of wastelanders. at least here we wont run out of water pr food. if only i had brought some guns from the vault, oh well.
We just need to set up a fishing platform. I think if we set up a keep, we will be fine.

There is both "surface rock" and "rock". I don't know why. Did I integrate the files incorrectly? I used a few of kilakan's bonus files, but I made sure that there wen't and file conflicts. What do? I DO want hazardous rock.

EDIT: Derp.

Sorry for taking so long to post, you'll still have to wait a bit longer for an update. But things are going smoothly. Just getting things set up for you guys.
