Something worth noting on that page, we actually do not have any SOs yet, though I am considering what we should require of an SO. I'd personally think having some kind of crew-voted system in place for getting people into an SO position but this is actually something that will not matter much unless we grow beyond our current ~30 members.

I have turned our crew page into a legends page, please contribute to it and DON'T DELETE STUFF!

I like the idea of it being like Legends mode.
I vote for keeping it this way.  :P

I feel no strong pull either way on it being in legends mode or not. Might be worth while to keep the actual month/day dates in there somewhere though because it'll make organizing events in chronological order easier. For example if someone goes in and edits the thread to add something they might accidentally add a new event to the bottom if it's in the same year still.

Also I bought a Tournament Board and verified that if you set a Tournament to 'Local Only' you have to actually be inside our crew hall in order to join it.

Expect tournaments every weekend if I can remember to put them in, unfortunately they will be in the evening EST so those of you who do not live in the US will miss out on them unless you get up or stay up early/late. I'm sure other people will set up Tournaments too though.

Yeah, I think it works as it is now. When needed though, I'd think some level of experience with officering a ship should be had, since they have a lot of added privileges on ships that aren't theirs. I wouldn't expect anything too bad from most B12ers, but still something to be wary of.

Can I be added (HBeing)? I might hop on occasionally to play some relaxing puzzles.

Hey, just posting to show that I'm in the crew and all. Also, yes, we really need to get our promotion standards and info decided on and posted, to take some of the confusion about applying for higher positions.

Oh, and if/when we get a large, respectable boat, I vote we call it the "Murderous Carp".

Alright we've had some rumblings stirred up today by yet another invite to a Flag. The general sentiment is that we should not bother with joining some other flag and instead we should make our own. Current suggestion that is sticking is 'The Twelve Bays' followed closely by 'The Twelfth Bay'. I'd appreciate discussion on this whenever yal have time because it sounds like Basenji(Who isn't a Bay12er, but has shown decent knowledge of the game and a good attitude so we let her in) might have a few crews interested in joining our future flag.

(It is worth noting that as a crew we still have roughly 25 doubloons left in 'crew funds' sitting in my house on admiral. It takes 20 doubloons to create a flag)

I dont know enough about the game to know whats the use of being under a flag, having our own etc. I trust you guys to know and do whats best in this issue. With no knowledge, I assume that having our own flag would be best so we dont have to answer to anyone.

THat is the main sentiment Ductape. It'd also allow us to do Blockades and capture islands. Potentailly creating a dwarven island some day.

Would be great if a new ocean had opened with the steam thing, we would probably be one of the earliest powerful forces.

I definitely think we should. I'd swing my vote toward 'The Twelfth Bay'

I vote Twelfth Bay. If we need extra crew, my wife is thinking about starting it up again, too.
