a- The Renaissance  - It has been centuries since the Roman Empire has collapsed. Roaming hoards of barbarians torture the known world. However, You will lead the new age, and the resurgence of knowledge.

b- Colonial Age - The world is expanding. All the dark parts of the map are being filled. take your place in the exploration of the new world. Be wary of the powerhouse nations, as well as some of the smaller alliances.

c- Modern Age - It seems the world is teeming with knowledge. There are many strong alliances, and you are sure to run into resistance wherever you turn. Beware of the nuclear bomb.

d- Space Age - Humanity has unlocked a new frontier. There are no small alliances, only a group of Giant coalitions. Settle in the uninhabited wilderness, the lawless frontier, or the civilized rim. Beware, we aren't alone.

e- Other - Suggest an age
