Things missing from u->m->q (manager)

Some things that are missing from the u->m->q list of items:
Wooden blocks
Glass tubes
Glass trap components

Also, in the glass furnace, the glass tubes' entries show up as "Make green glassTube" - the spacing in what I've quoted is exactly as it appears in DF.
