Well, my count goes by this.

+10 credit income for 2 turns

-4 credits for troops.

-2 credits from raiding.

10 - 6 = 4 credits remaining.

That's just what I got. When this gets cleared up I'll get my turn together.

Scotland
Okay, that works, from what I can tell. A few questions, due to my mental state/awakefulness, if that's a word...anyway, do I have credits this turn? And does this mean that Ecuador would be making the base thing without need for any more of my credits? And what's the (5) mean? That I need 5 credits? Lastly, for the element thing, there are some man-made elements at the bottom of the periodic table, and considering you had no idea what to do, because I forgot to explain, nice job :D I had it in idea for something along those lines, and I don't care much for technicalities, so that thing you said works. That's all, I believe. I'll check back in a few hours.

Saudi Arabia

Continue troop deployment in coastal towns. They just got lucky.  :P

Send four credits of support to Madagascar.

Open a diplomatic channel and ask AGAIN if America could provide support against the pirates.

Where's my research project? If its not complete and you're not showing it for ease, just continue it...deeper oil wells.

Treasury: 4 credits + 1 = 5 credits.

JAPAN-
Put 4 credits into building the new labs, 2 on support for Madagascar, and the rest on localizing the food supply.
Open diplomatic channels to all countries.

Saudi Arabia
Open a diplomatic channel and ask AGAIN if America could provide support against the pirates.

You'll have to ask Strife about that, it dosen't count as a turn.

The (5) shows how well you did in the roll. If you had rolled a (1), something very bad would have happened. A (5) is the best you can get without incurring penalties. (6) Would have gotten you something good, but also a penalty of some sort.

America is considerably more non-interventionist now. We're not the world police anymore. In return for this, we'd need several things. Firstly, a mutual defense pact, secondly, a sharing of information, thirdly, human rights reforms within your country. I'm not picky about the time-line of your human rights reforms, but it's time for Saudi Arabia to come out of the past.

If this is acceptable to you, I'd be willing to put 5 united states units behind the effort, provided that you also contribute units.

Except that this stuff is cropping up all over the place. It's not 'spreading' so much as appearing.

Also, are you going to be updating the op infection map over the turns, micelus?
