Story so far...

It is 2015. The world, as always, rife with nations trying to prosper, and people trying to survive. Some people will do anything to survive...Such as allowing the development of a virus inducing madness, mutation and aggressiveness in all it infects...One day however, the fools who were developing the virus, left it outside for far too long...They mutated, they changed, they killed. This was on Madagascar (Just in case).

Soon the plague spread, soon whole villages were infected. And yet, nearly no one knows of the disease except for some residents of the island.

• Are made up of one player.
• Can easily create armies, if there are enough credits.
• Can open diplomatic channels with other nations easily.
• Easier to start military projects.

Spoiler: Organisations (click to show/hide)

• Are made up of at least one player.
• All players of an organisation must agree on actions.
• Rely on small squads of experts and professionals.
• Harder to start military projects.
• Can move about nations.

Each nation/organisation acquires a set amount of income each turn in the form of credits. Credits are used to pay for projects and the such.

Spoiler: Research (click to show/hide)

• A nation may research a technology to strengthen itself in a way. Every research project cost credits.
• Projects can be quickened via putting more money in the project or constructing labs.
• Research time will be calculated this way: Difficulty-(Labs + Boost)
• Every lab will generate a +.5 research output. (half a turn's worth of research)
• 4 credits are required for a boost.
• For every 4 credits, one turn is shaved off the waiting time.

• The people of a nation have opinions on nations and organisations.
• Their opinions can be dangerous, useful, or just annoying.

Acceptability

Every project and edict has a acceptability rating. A higher acceptability rating means that its less acceptable to your citizens and the world in general.

Example:

Infecting your own people with zombie genes to find a cure will have a acceptability score of 10, which the highest and worst.

Building safehouses all over the country and letting anyone who is not infected will have an acceptability rating of 1, which is the second lowest.

National Morale

• Is a measure how "happy" your citizens are.
• The higher this is, the less likely your citizens are to trouble you.

• Espionage allows many tactics and strategies to be done.
• All espionage actions are to be sent to the GM and will not be posted on the thread unless your spies are paid, sloppy, there is great counter-espionage, or if it's impossible to attract notice.
• A spy can only be created via spy training centres. Each of these create +.5 spies.

Spy training centres cost 4 credits each.
Labs cost 4 credits each
Troops cost 2 credits each

I don't see any grey nation in Russia but I'm inclined to keep the grey and yellow nations in America.

I'm guessing you mean credits...It depends on your nation's economic state. I'm not revealing it till game start.

Look at Alaska, the USA, and the Middle East. And I don't suggest that, that'll be a bit unbalanced for people who play as, say, Zimbabwe.
