how many Cms? consider that if you are 321 cm width, you'd need 321 cm to be 1 in height. obviously you can just be 1 cm in height and 161 in width. or 2 in height and 81 in width or 3 and 41, or 4 and 21. 4 cm in height and 21 in width. (this is not "spending filaments" it's just changing how they are stored they are still available) and then you factorize the height by 2 at the N height to get back. so 2 at the fourth is 16 and 16*20+1 is 321. (obviously the 1's and the 3's and such get placed apart for calculations and added back)

I'm not entirely sure what you said, how wide would a 5cm tall thing be?

Would it be 64cm wide?

It would be about 2.3 cm high to be 64 cm wide. Also we need more mental. The overseer already went over our heads once already.

Absorb one of the giant slaves and use him to raise your mental stats. Produce another slave (The acid spitting kind) and get him to get bigger. (Height, length, and height.)

Send scout to look for ant colonies. Get scouts to leave a pheromone trail from the colonies to your home. Set up an ambush for the ants.

Fertilize more eggs into acid guards

I also support the move further underground, but would like to suggest thinking about some sort of artificial cavern (or bunker or something along those lines)

Yeah.
Make a 2 new castes.
One that is 1 cm high and 1 cm long and wide. It should have extremely powerful acid. When stepped on, it should shot it up at what ever it is. Which will more then likely melt itself. It should also try to blend into whatever it's layed on.
Another antlike one, that carries these 'mines' around. It should have .00001 in mentality, so it can make decent chooses where to put them. It should also dig a hole if needed to lay the mine in.

Yeah.

Combine that with a 'stalker' caste to eat/carry what is left behind while staying hidden until the food is down. Can't do much when you have to melt yourself to attack and you don't want to be seen until the mine is triggered.

Even better, give it eyes of some sort, and a "launcher" on its back adapted from legs.

Also, "overseer primant" was not our name, but the first overseer's name. Second overseer will be nicknamed "Zweiant". Their place in the chain of command deserve proper names.
