Well, there it is. I suppose I should have the shiniest possible armour (particularly since surely a noble's place is in the front line!); I'd like a bigger shinier weapon (like a Gromril two handed hammer and a helmet!), but we have limited cash and I am not a despotic leader.

I am very open to suggestions, my brave followers!

Edit: I must have missed skills. Ah I think I have found them. How many do I get with the noble's starting experience? I think True Grit would be a good choice. I won't be able to survive to re-establish the might of my family if I get smacked in the head. Or Mighty Blow. Or Fearsome. Or Step Aside or Master of Blades. Or Resilient.

you could barricade yourself in an house (if youre sure it really an house.....)

Or we could take turns on sentry duty, with the ale barricaded in the first house-like building we come across. One sentry at the front and one at the back, and all the dwarves sleeping in a circle around the ale stash.
