He isn't a combatant Hero (I hope), but he could give boosts to Salvage production, or resource efficiency, so that we can have both Heroes for Combat, and Heroes for economic stuff.

James the Administrator as a hero unit was totally a joke, but I suppose having a hero-unit governor could actually work.

James wouldn't be a very good hero, of any sort, though. <_<

Pandar may I also suggest that you put the rules, and game mechanics in the OP, so that people new to the thread can get the gist of how to play it? Also I support the Research of Mobility, so that we may get Machine-gun Buggies, and Flamethrower Tanks !!!!
