Well we don't actually have much in the way of attack capabilities though we're still pretty fast so I say we secrete some glucose as bait and swim fast in the opposite direction.

Once you've escaped I say one of the cells consumes it's own flagellum and split again so there's two smaller cells equipped with sensory parts and can secrete toxins attached to the fast moving center cell like this:

Yup, I'm pretty sure it took less than 30 seconds to draw that, click save and upload it...

EDIT:

OH SHIT IT'S A VIRUS.

The average virus is hundreds of times smaller than a normal cell (actually I can't think of a single example where a cell is less than a full order of magnitude larger than a virus, I think it's just a cell which looks like a virus as we wouldn't actually be able to see it I don't think if it actually were a virus)

> flee and hide

> continue working on labeling system.

> create an information transfer and addressing system, where each cell has an unique address and special pores connecting to neighbourhood cells. Also add the ability to mark a piece of DNA with an address. If a cell contains a piece of DNA with an address, it will compare it to it's own address, and if the addresses are the same it'll remove the address tag and feed it into it's data processing organelle, but if it's different it'll be shunted into a random neighbourhood cell.

Size matters! I agree with the motion to evade our attacker, and suggest that we then begin to expand our bulk, making us appear both more threatening and difficult to consume.

(HINT) The attacker is a kind of amoeba, not a virus. Like was previously stated, it is way too big to be a virus.

6 people voted to multi-cell compared to 3 that voted for not going multi-cell... nice try though?

Yeah, we probably should prepare ourself for a virus, even if amoeba is an amoeba. I know little about amoebas and the incredibly dangerous one that you presented us with. Anyway, we do need some offensive stuff. Perhaps enzymes?
