I just woke up, so I can't write a journal, but I just want to say that I have a feeling that this is going to be a !!FUN!! fortress!

We have dwarves suffering from déjà vu, walls made of uranium, and possibly an open 80 z-level hole hidden under the snow somewhere. Now we just need to pump magma to the surface for no reason.

I laughed so much at the pitchblende walls.

“Well,” he said. “We’re in the Forgotten hunting grounds I take it. Your screams just woke them up early. Congratulations, Lyara.”
“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.
Basileus clapped his hands once. The Forgotten took a step forward, attracted by the sound.
“There, I did something. I clapped. I like clapping,” he said. -The Investigator And The Case Of The Missing Brain.

Agh! I thought I could get the play done by today, but I won't be able to- I'm still on Late Spring because of other things. So I'mma package it up and let the next person go ahead with it.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Journal of Mormota

The Caravan Master seems incompetent at leading our expedition. I am now plotting in the dark, and soon shall hopefully overthrow him. Then we may begin the process of acquiring greater riches! We? What am I talking about? It's almost as if the kindness of that Sirocco were spreading. I'll need to do something about him.

Just to clarify: Are you going to finish your turn, or will you upload it now?

Most unfortunate.  I was looking forward to this, especially with Sirocco II around.

Well, seeing when we are in this, we could just start something on the same premise, and gen a cold, evil, savage world to get our terrifying tundra of featureless nothingness embark.  Not sure what the standard response in this situation is, though.

I was just thinking that! AND THIS TIME, WE CAN BRING IN TEHSID! Horray!
