After you're done with those, PM me and I'll recommend you some beginning textbooks that you should be able to buy fairly inexpensively in their international editions.  At that point, you should be done with anything a recorded lecturer would be capable of teaching you.

The first lecture played the start of Debussy's Clair de lune. Now I'm so going to learn how to play that.

Fantastic stuff.  I just wish that people did a better job publicizing these sorts of wonderful resources.  This is the sort of free information sharing that the internet is supposed to use to help the world.

I just came across this website while roaming the internet http://www.khanacademy.org/. It made me think of this thread, hope someone gets some use out of it.

Wolfram Alpha is another good tool.

Also, Wikitaxi. I have Wikipedia on an external hard drive. All 150ish gigabytes of it, text, images, sounds, et cetera. It's astonishingly useful on car trips. I can carry my brain extension in my pocket!

Note: I may have missed a few; to find all of em, click one of these links and scroll to that bottom of the page for the full list.

In general, a bunch of CS stuff with a few outliers. And I though I was going to be busy this quarter before finding these. :P

This is... AMAZING. I didn't know education could be so free. I'll have to study some of these over the summer.

Even more; though not in the really nice, interactive format of those others.

Protip: If you're enrolled at a college, take these classes anyway. Then pay the wildly reduced fees to challenge the course and get credit anyway.

Don't think anyone's posted it yet, the people who did the AI course on the internet are doing an introduction to programming class.

Looks interesting.

Quote
Online higher education got a big boost this week when Sebastian Thrun, a professor of computer science at Stanford, announced he was stepping down to start Udacity — an online educational venture. Udacity's goal is to provide free university-level computer science classes to anyone interested in advancing their tech knowledge. Its first course, available this month, is titled "Building Your Own Search Engine."
