Bio: He was dipped in the Forced Evolution Virus and separated from his probably long dead family. Now he justs wanders the wastes performing random acts of kindness or cruelty.

@UltraValican I was actually planning to sift through the applications and assign them to allegiances/factions as deemed fit. None of you so far seem to want to do raider, interesting.

UltraValican- you can be a mutant anyway I suppose.

SinPwn- Scavenger, no allies. Yes, pip-boys are allowed.

adwarf- Scavenger, no allies.

wolfchild- Scavenger, no allies.

Also, just a heads up- if you meet others at any time, you CAN form a group which I will add to the factions list.

We'll go once we have 5 people. The slot limit will be set at 15, I don't want this to derail TOO much.

@UltraValican Actually, all of the mutants from the first batch were intelligent, the rest were more stupid-er. So I guess you can be a first-batch mutant outcast.
