Most of what we did before was just Consume matter>Answer yes to convert request on the computer filter thing we built to communicate with the Cryswarm sans headaches, which might take awhile to figure out here in the middle of nowhere. There might be more in the wizard's tower, though.

Getting a Prototype vibe from the Cryswarm now after that post, Conrad. Kinda fits, though.

Not yet, the swarm would need to be big enough to be able to have a dedicated non-vitals memory part, or at least a form with some center portion that doesn't do much. The main problem at this stage is just the quantity of parts the swarm has in it, theres not really much brain/computing power in 7 sparks of mana, and the crystals can't really hold much more than that each.

They might have if they were normal crystals, but the ones in the OP didn't. They were transmuted from leaf into crystal by thae secondrate wizard on accident.

You ask if Hi is still here, and he says Hi. Yays!
You then bring the most logical of the sparkmind to the tip as a finesseificator, and spear the other bird. The logical one succeeds (15), and the bird hops about like a, well, a bird with an object lodged in its brain. (I don't really know anything to describe that with. ) After carefully sparking towards it, it eventually crystallizes about halfway and starts to retain the sparks. The rest of the brain is set on fire as a consequence, though, which makes the bird flop over and start drooling blood. The sparkmind still eventually considers it a success, though. Nothing else useful was found in the bird.

Ah, so the chances we'll find crystals just sitting around somewhere are low. Absorb the blood? Seems like a crystally thing to do... If there's nothing else we can do and if we're not going to find crystals underground, I say we attack a bunny.

Just out of curiosity, do you have a general direction for the story to go in or are you just making it up as we go along? I've been curious about how these "You are a..." things are prepared in advance.

You're asking the guy whose somehow made a ginourmous thread with no actual planning past the first post, planned some of it out later, then ignored said plans due to the absurdity of said game at that point, then tried to bring them back and got stuck in writers block and tossed them again. (No, I have no idea where we've going, but we might meet one of the characters eventually)

In clear, use three-four crystals to form a rough tube, insert another crystal, use spark as a "magicnetic" field to launch crystal ammo at great speed to rabbit.
