Right, so we fired a projectile at sufficient velocity to hit a village that was far enough away that we were not aware of it. Did this produce any local visual or auditory effects that may have discouraged the wolves? Also, can I have my SCIENCE!! swarm?

We were aware of it from the vague map, but only well enough to know the general direction, so that duo is hopelessly out of range for now. The wolves think the Cryswarm is a giant pair of wings that caused a loud noise.

You're talking about this, right?

Spread into a pool and convert the grass, and whatever is in it.

(You said something in WIZARD! that you were surprised no-one suggested that for growing the cryswarm.)

(2) The second shot completely misses the village, eventually wrapping around and hitting the Cryswarm in the back before abruptly stopping.
The Cryswarm then turns around and eviscerates the wolves with a claw-like whipping chain shot into the bull's head. You hear a tink from several feet down in the earth, the shot must've hit something metallic after passing through the bull.
