So, before the I right the update ( sometime today ) I just want to make this clear: You want Drake to thunderclap Stony's ears, deafening him?  It will depend on the roll, but I actually want to see how this could play out.

You clap your hands around his ears with a resounding blow.  He falls back, extremely dazed, and you rush him. 

Unfortunately, he wasn't as dazed as you thought.  Just as your about to jump-kick his face, grabs you in mid-air.  He throws you by the legs to the ground.  He picks you up again with both of his arms clamped around your arms.  You can't get out.  This stone vampire then proceeds to crush you with all his might.  He can't choke you to death, vampires don't need to breathe after all, but if he breaks your spine...

                                                                                                 

Yeah, the earclap worked pretty well, not as effectively as the eye laceration.  But Random.org decided it hates me again, and Drake got a four, while Stone face got around 90.  You'd best do something.  What now?

First we need to get him off of us. Disorienting him by throwing him should work; we are, after all, a vampire. His grip and stone skin can only matter so much. Then-

Even with stoneskin on, his nose should be fairly fragile...

Hmmm, he is stronger than we are. I dout that we could throw him. We need to dig our claws into his brain to get him for good, via the eye sockets. But how to break his grip...

Hmmm...

Ok, can we sink our fangs into his eye sockets? Enough to cause large amounts of pain? Then, when he loosens his grip, we push up through his arms with our legs and to freedom, or at least until an arm is free, then its brain digging time! Thoughts?

Also, stone skin means he has more mass over his nose. Kicking his face probably wouldn't do much. We need something with more mass behind it than our fists. Maybe a boulder or two?

Throwing isn't about strength, it's about leverage. Strictly speaking, all we have to do (warning: impending gross oversimplification) is get him moving towards us and duck while making his momentum continue.
