Need of water spam in waterless map.

The wounded require water when resting, however since my map lacks any source of drinkable water, the dwarves constantly spam job cancels about needing buckets and that there is no source of water. The spam can probably be negated by canceling health care from all dwarves, but the wounded will still die from the lack of water and refusal to drink alcohol or nobody giving them the alcohol.
