How did Carrera just come up with 2 more parcels of land?

Recruit a professional Archer Regiment under Howard Bard (or his currently more active brother). Remember to pay Bard 3f. If the rebels are rendered peaceful by Bard's heroism, let the rebels be and welcome them back into the fold. We need unity in Lencil, not more destruction. If, however, they still hold arms, quell the uprising with my 8 strength to their two. Try intimidation, but if that doesn't work we'll try more.. forceful actions.

The revolts in autumn should have caused enough destruction to prevent the winter uprisings. If not, then invest 15f to improve agricultural processes. If so, then invest 15f in... building better roads?

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Gather a group of merchants and make their mission to go to Telos and buy out businesses there. They also have to make me money and the budget for this quarter is 20 florins.

((I have nothing to do with the money since I can't raise any more troops, building stuff is going very badly for me too. Also that inventory is after the quarter goes. If we are still at the same quarter then my treasury is 16 florins.))

This is already Autumn.

You do not have enough professionals around to raise a professional regiment. Bard himself would have a better chance, but his best chance was to go back to Morwood.
[4] The assassination made an example to any would-be dissenters and dispersed the mob. [2] They are not going to work under you - at least before you mandate every village to supply its own men.
[3]+10/2 You relay another part of the road. +1 to trade income on Lumber (At Capacity.)

[5] You sent some of your citizens over the border and buy out other business there. [1] Well, they are more than happy to sell, as they not only lose money, but are in fact close partners of Lewangarian trade. Closing them down will adversely affect income in Lewangaria to a similar amount- So no point in closing them.
Add Overseas business, -2f quarter to your inventory.

((What does at capacity mean? Do I only get +1 if the wood's not poor or something? Or does it mean I can't get over 5f/turn? Probably the second. At least I don't have to deal with the winter revolts though... Also, didn't I spend 15 on roads not 10? I really meant for the peasants to not be harshly punished, but this is just as good.))

You don't have enough land. 1 noble per 4 land.

Buy out Telonese businesses that do business with Telos, get something that would make money for Lewangaria.

Forgot that. 23-12=11 florins.

You just rush towards those filibustering troops. [4][2]As of such, both sides have little use of tactics. After both sides formed their own battle line, with your own knights charging under archer cover towards the pikemen, hoping the arrows will be enough to disrupt their formation.

Round 1 Filibuster attacks Talaca
[2+3]+[3] v [4+(2+1)+(2+1)]+[2] Filibuster lose 2 strength, Talaca loses 1.
(Assume Talaca loses a Noble Archer) The concentrated fire was too much for the Pikes to handle. Whatever the result, the incursion is finished. [6] You salvaged some good quality arms worth [6] 10 florins.

Nobles: Strength 2, cost 4. Upkeep/quarter 1 if holding at least 1 parcel of land/unit, or 5 otherwise. Double cost for upgrades. Hard cap of 1/4 parcel of land when recruiting. As long as you can pay and enough land to satisfy them, there is always an endless number of nobles. Represent landed gentry who takes up arms for his lord following warrior code.

You'll probably want to change that to 1/2 parcel of land. Otherwise two nobles are too many.
