I have to point out that I have 0f to do anything, and unfortunately, The archers are worth the least. Sorry firelordsky, I'll get you back for this. The Professional Archers
((Your real wrong decision is raising nobles instead of Levies. You can achieve a strength 8 with only 4f! and no, in such a dice heavy game, always leave yourself an extra hand to play. It does no good to leave your treasury empty.))

Howard Bard's archers are routed[5] and he escaped battle with his brother, doctor and carpenter. Perhaps it is the survival instinct of a merc. Some Carreran levies are also killed in the melee.
Round 3: Carrera attacks Lencil, Inside the fort
[4+4+1]+[6]=15 v [4+4+2]+[1] = 11
Your men are really panicking. They lose all will to fight. You lost a Heavy Noble Cavalry Regiment, They lose another Levy regiment.

[1] You are captured, [3]but apparently, they are willing to sue for a truce. [3] If you agree, You will lose [1] parcel of land with the fort, and you have to pay 20f next quarter as "war indemnities".

((Feel really sorry for you, but you also get [1] every time when it counts.))

What's with these rolls? 3 1's in a row?

Yes I'll agree.

((4, actually.)) So the war was concluded. Feel free to throw favour text around.
[5] The free company, fearing their own safety, would like to join your army. For free, of course, but you still need to pay upkeep.

Yes, fine. It'll be one less thorn in my side.
If I raise Levies in Autumn, do they still count as decreasing agricultural output?

Bad news for Oriana, I'm cutting the loan down. The size it's cut is up in the air.

I promise Howard that I'll recompense him for the company. I think that because it's professional, the price is 3? 2 for professional, 1 for archery. In autumn, of course.

I will be back. I will be back.

"Sir, you suck."
"Why yes, yes I do."
"What made you think that holding cavalry inside of a fort was a good idea?"
"I... thought it was clear they were to be outside the fort and the archers inside it..."
"I'll leave you alone for now, but I hope you understand the enormity of what has happened today."
Julian leaves
"I'll be back. By god I'll be back."

((They still exist. I did not think you men has the will to fight after 4 consecutive [1]s.))

On Levies: The last thing in summer would be to decide whether to disband levies and let them go home. If they have saw combat, however, they could refuse to leave in peace and could become professional soldiers waiting employment or worse, raging free companies. Levies can never be raised in Autumn; they will arrive in winter, after all the agricultural work is done.

Move my army to Telos's borders, awaiting my command to go to war.

Move my army to Telos's borders, awaiting my command to go to war.
"It only takes two days, sir", replied your arms officer, "and that is with the loads of baggage behind."
((You didn't move your army. But you can still call for an incursion into Telos at anytime...))

Letter to prince of Talaca

Hello,

I have information concerning the military strength of Telos and I would like to make you a proposition. We will ally against them in this war and split the gained territory 50/50. Right at the middle.
If you accept my offer, we will attack at the same time from both sides thus splitting their troops.

-Augustus da Lewangaria II
Prince of Lewangaria

Send the letter to the prince of Talaca.

To Augustus,

We find your propsition in good favour, We'd would attack Telosia if you'd send the troop strengths to us. And the land split sounds resonable.
We'll agree to it.

-Lord Taiveni of Talaca

Don't bother attacking, just wait 'til next season.

[5]While you did receive the Lewangarian letter, [1] unfortunately this letter never goes into the hand of its intended recipient, as your messenger was foolish enough to act too suspiciously. Now the Telosian know about your plans, and would prepare accordingly.

((May I remind you that you have zero funds.))
