Global Outlook:

[6] Extreme Prosperity. The halt of hostilities among the states has a profound effect on economy, as less people die as a result. Unfortunately the land cannot support so many people. While it is common for rulers in this era to just let them die, this is also a major ingredient of revolts.
+1 to each Town, +1 to trade tariffs for each good held. If something is not done, expect a high chance of revolts in Winter.

Spoiler: Lencil (click to show/hide)
Money does not grow on trees.

[3] Things do not go good for Prince George. [1] Apparently a low-ranking noble from Carrera has arrived, and he went away with full information of your paltry military strength.

Spoiler: Lewangaria (click to show/hide)
[5] A shipment of Ivory has arrived in the city. They got sold out within a week, the merchant returning with some trade goods and trinkets. You managed to collect an one-off 5f in tariffs from him.

Spoiler: Talaca (click to show/hide)

[6] Pelts found good market beyond Talaca. So good that you simply cannot cope with the demand. Traders left your lands empty-handed. You get 5f one off, but lose 1f/quarter in trade tariffs.

Free Company:
[2] They looted a village. Lencil will receive 5f less this autumn.

Sovereigns please roll for your subordinates.

I'm technically still in Talacca, so that would be up to Taric for my rolls - note that if I'm halfway successful I might actually end up in Epicea within a few turns.

Damn. What's up with the dice?! Why must you kill me evilcherry?! Ah well, I do hope Lencil still stands in autumn.

I'm just going to assume Roderigo is still Talaca's responsibility.

Run around completing quests and hunting down beasts until George calls upon me and send Alexander to scout out Morwood
Be patient. Be patient. [2] You run around, but can't find a single quest to complete, nor a single beast to slay. You did, however, find a particularly good inn with even better beer. The problem? You drank so much beer you lost track of the 1f price tag on that beer. [6] Alexander scouts out Morwood, finding out everything to know about it, but in doing so, he lost track of time and won't be coming back until summer.
Spoiler: Howard Bard (click to show/hide)

I... actually don't know what to do, but bloody heck, two 6's? Why couldn't I get one?!
Spoiler: Oriana de Lia (click to show/hide)
[6] Oriana looked far and wide for land to expand her ranches, and she found it. What she also found, was that it was absolutely perfect ground for... horse growing, so her quarterly income income increases by +2. The land was also fairly cheap, coming at just 7f! However, there's a reason it was so cheap, and that reason was that it was quite rainy there due to a quirk of meteorology. This place isn't quite as effective as it could be, and so the increase is only +1 until a payment of 10f is payed to make buildings more flood-proof.

Spoiler: Lencil in Summer 653 (click to show/hide)

*sigh* Well... I've got to have something. At least the problem with revolts will be ended from the death from the war with Carrera.

Howard Bard, Get down to Carrera and start building fortifications with your carpenter. Take your archers with you.

Recruit 3 noble infantry if I understand correctly and their upkeep is one and send them to the border with Carrera.

Buy a fast horse and a change of clothes - something less bloodstained at the very least.  If nobody will sell me one or the gendarmes are too close, steal one instead.

Ride towards Lencil at a fair pace, stopping at inns or their equivalent along the way for supplies and other necessities.

Gamble at the inns, ideally luring marks with a few florins and then betting portions of the jewellery.  Avoid cheating unless I'm almost out of a game, but if there's any element of skill play hard.

[2] You can't find anyone willing to sell you a good-quality horse. [2] And the Guard happens to be quite vigilant right about now, so the horses are nigh-impossible to steal now. [5] What you can't seem to do with horses however, you do with the tailors, getting a very exquisite outfit freshly made. It costs two Florins however.

[4] Despite the lack of a horse, you make good time to the Talaca/Epicea border, arriving at a border inn on Talaca's side of it.

[6] Heading inside, you find that there a several very wealthy patrons here gambling. Unfortunately, they got the money by gambling. Worse, they call you over due to your fine clothes, thinking that you're a merchant or a low-ranked noble. And the really bad news? They're con-artists. Atleast you'll know they'll cheat. (The gamblers will get a +1 bonus due to them cheating)

((I'll provide scouting info for Morwood or Carrera, since there is a conflict of interest.))

((I kind of assumed that, which is why I had to delay his return. It had nothing to do with the fact that I couldn't come up with anything else.))

[2] Morwood is still a very feudal place. [6] One of the reasons is that it is vast, and it has some 20 parcels of land. [6] It has a supply of fine wood, leading to its famed bows and archers. [4] It is ruled by Prince William of Morwood, who is nicknamed the fair, and is a capable diplomat and negotiator. [1] Unfortunately, the recent strife not only depleted much of its war-making capacity, but also led to the rise of Free Companies: soldiers unwanted by their sovereign, resorted to live off the land, that is looting. While local nobles can still raise their own armies, they are not expected to go beyond the borders.

You still need to decide whether you are scouting Carrera or not.

p.s. Note that outfitting Nobles as light infantry is a bad, really bad idea. While I understand why you refrain from using horses, at least you should make them heavy. They are damn expensive to replace.

Start up some sustained (meat) hunting to provide for the extra villagers, spending 7 florins on it. Start building a new town along the river within the forest for 8 florins.

Ah but the upkeep, the upkeep!

Let Howard go scouting Carrera, but order the professional archers to prepare for a defense at the border with Carrera, and the carpenter to build some fortifications.

Scratch the old order, recruit two heavy nobles at 12f. Damn they're expensive.

[5] Carrera is a centralized state. [1] Probably because it is not really productive, or developed, and only consist of 5 parcels of lands. [3] Carreran wool, while not of the best quality, makes most commoner clothing in the area. [1] Vittorio, duke of Carrera, is only a 5-year-old. Its affairs are mainly handled by the court of nobles, who are corrupt in every sense of the word. [5] The nobles instead hoard their own armies; total strength is estimated at 4 regiments.

[5] You already see signs of mobilization on the Carreran side.
