I once had a (haunted or terrifying, can't quite remember) mountain range named The Bleeding Anus. I tried to embark there, though true to its name,all my dwarves were bleeding out of every orifice posthaste.

I had a squad called "The Most Swords," so obviously I had to make as many swords as possible for them.

I'm pretty sure there's a human civilization mentioned somewhere on this forum called "The Violent Council of Breakfast," which must be my all time favorite.

One of the deities of my current fortress is named "Zikath the Spurting Dung," skeletal goddess of death, disease and deformity. Someone made a face veil artifact with a depiction of Zikath "suffering" on it. >_>
