Yes, but you can't rely on scum to be predictable. Unless you're playing in a BM, in which case inexperienced scum will almost always kill the ICs.
Who's speaking about predictable here? What I'm saying is that your idea would practically involve a mediocre player fight off five others, one of which is pretty good.

By the same reasoning, I also think that Simple did the kill, even if he most likely didn't get the right target:
-Used his scroll of death and bypassed the block or
-He didn't get converted on N1, somebody is a thief, who stole the scroll, and then killed Tolyk for whatever reason. Also, he didn't claim an action in the same post where he says he got robbed.
Option one is more likely, though I have no idea why an intelligent scum would kill the other scummiest player in the game instead of letting the town lynch him.
I never said anything about the thief being scum. It might as well have been a townie who'd have wanted to get rid of TolyK because wuba claimed interaction with him on N2.
But I doubt it anyway.
At the cost of effectively losing a ote and an action? Also, town knows that an inactive player is a liability. There's the possibility that a townie might vig-kill him. At best, dead scumbag. At worst, dead townie who wouldn't have been of any help anyway. Think is more of a liability than any help to any cult.
Also, not even webadict is, in my experience, that douchebaggy.
If I get a kill tonight, I'll probably direct it towards Think.
I think a NK towards him would be a good idea. That we agree on.
How about this then. Today, we lynch Simple. If by then the game hasn't ended, town lynches me, then you, then Think. Either way, Person and Max survive, and the last cultist dies.
I like it, but it has some flaws. What if the remaining cultist is Max? Or, what if you are the remaining cultist, and get a kill and kill Person/Max with it?
Not really. I cannot be cult because TolyK got door'd. Either he and webadict lied about it (and we know Tolyk didn't) or his Scroll of Command made you target him and you fake-claimed after being converted to give webadict an alibi.

Well guess what. TolyK confirmed that Webadict used door creation on him N2, so Wuba couldn't have converted anybody that night. Simple's the last cultist.
