So I have found what is probably the best site. Ever. And I don't want to mess THIS one up. So here is what I've found...
Imagine sparsely wooded grassland.. sloping gently up a large valley into tall imposing mountains. Now make the mountains haunted. Then add a spectacular 10Z waterfall at the head of the valley. Then put a large rocky lair high up above the valley and fill it with all sorts of zombies, trolls, frogs, troglodytes, you name it. Then realize something else..
something in the caves has been killing off the zombies.. and you are definitely not alone.

The World Gen Params are here, as well as the coordinates for the embark. For all of you who INSIST on a save, I have a region folder I assembled. Realize I had to embark here twice.. and it isn't the exact same as the previous one. I stopped it earlier and was able to catch a few more goodies (look at the last spoiler). I think it would be best to use the parameters and the coordinates because you can tweak those to maybe get a double bonus. But. Your call. If you guys still call out for a save after this I'll upload the file.

Assuming the upper lefthand corner is 0,0): 22,44--with the embark being in the extreme upper left corner (pos 0,0 to 5,2).
So here is a massive surprise for me!! In order to generate this image, I had to download another copy of DF and put in the params (my current DF is doing some data crunching for me). Instead of waiting 1000 years for the result, I stopped it about year 170 or so. And for some reason I now not only have a cave/lair but ANOTHER lair. Unfortunately, its empty and not very big. But maybe if we stopped the world gen at the right point.. we could have TWO lairs full of horrible creatures instead of one.
