Echo Bazaar is having The Festival of Endless Actions!  From February 1st to 2nd, the daily cap on actions is removed and actions regen at the normal rate.  Instead of 40 or 80 actions a day, you get uh... each action regens at 1 per 7 minutes, so that's... MATH IS COMPLICATED

Ohmigosh, this is amazing!
Divide 48 hours by 7 minutes. Subtract the average time it takes to pick an action and/or card.

410 actions. Time for an Echo Marathon!

I'm fine accepting tons of invites, but am a bit to lazy to send tons, so if you want i'll accept any invite you throw my way (but won't send tons, because I just use my smurf if I need bunches).

That's right, the makers of Echo Bazaar are in the UK, they run on bizarro time (kidding! :P).

Dawn of the first day.
9990 Actions remain.

Well, that sounds like good news!

So... has anything really changed other than this since the last, oh, 3 or so months? Because I haven't played, but I kind of miss the discussion and the random sorrow spiders from you guys and might be able to come back to this, soon.

Most of the items have a use now. Not all of them, but most can be traded for things, then traded for other things, which is rather useful for getting money. (50 or 500 Cryptic Clues> a number of Appaling Secrets (not sure exactly, out of action currently) > 10 Tales of Terror!!! worth 50 pence each, for example)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Tales of Terror->Extraordinary Implication->Uncanny Incanabulae

All the item conversions are on the wiki by the way (unless you want to figure it out yourself of course).

Yes, they've been changing a bit of artwork around as well, which I find fun, though occasionally briefly confusing. I'm also more than happy to help anyone out with loitering, conversing, etc. so feel free to send me any requests you want. Of course, this will have to wait a little while as I am currently out exploring the Unterzee, which naturally prevents you from receiving any sort of invitation.

That's nice to know :) Might have to update the OP with active/starting out people - if any - soon, too.
