To unlock, you need 1 x Ring of Stone (you have 1), 1 x Dove Mask Shard , 1 x Shrivelled Ball , 1 x Fragment of White Gold .

So with a lot of fate spent on gifts you might get something interesting. Don't think I'll bother.

Echo Bazaar is having The Festival of Endless Actions!  From February 1st to 2nd, the daily cap on actions is removed and actions regen at the normal rate.  Instead of 40 or 80 actions a day, you get uh... each action regens at 1 per 7 minutes, so that's... MATH IS COMPLICATED

Divide 48 hours by 7 minutes. Subtract the average time it takes to pick an action and/or card.
