Game UpdateMarch 3, 1991: United States forces in Greece attacks Bulgaria, the only Soviet WTA member left in Eastern Europe.
March 4, 1991: The Soviet Army is in full retreat as the United States and its allies advance deep into the heart of the Soviet Union. By this time, the US had full control of the Ural Mountains and much of the Soviet Far East. Mass desertions occur and many soldiers are captured or killed by advancing American forces. The Soviet carrier Kiev is destroyed by US fighter-bombers. The Soviet capital of Moscow is nearly surrounded, but despite this, the Soviet leader simply refuses to capitulate and vows to the people to destroy the imperialist invaders.
March 6, 1991: Bulgaria surrenders to the United States upon demand. The Soviet Union is in utter chaos. Most of the Red Army had been killed, captured, or deserted. Many soldiers refused to fight, despite death threats from KGB officers. Many field commanders even summarily executed their KGB officers. Most major Soviet cities had fallen including Moscow, forcing the Soviet leader to retreat to a safe house outside the city.
March 7, 1991: The Soviet Union surrenders to the United States upon demand. All Soviet troops are disarmed and the surviving North Korean soldiers return home.
March 9, 1991: The United States launches several surgical strikes on North Korea. A few hours later, South Korea and the United States launch a full scale invasion of North Korea. Due to the heavy losses North Korea already suffered, they had less then 70,000 troops left.
March 17, 1991:
World War Three: North Korea surrenders to the United States and South Korea upon demand. Since South Korea had the larger number of troops in the conflict, they officially take charge of North Korea. North and South Korea are now reunited after 40 years.
Middle East: Iraq invades Jordan despite US Protests and Appeals to the UN. Jordan is defeated the very same day.
March 17, 1991: Current EventsThe United States and their allies have succeeded where Napoleon had failed. The Soviet Union is out of the picture and North Korea is now under South Korean control. However the Third World War may not be over yet as a new possible crisis appears to be brewing as China prepares covert actions against Japan. The United States will likely start deploying troops in countries bordering China. In the meantime, the United States will likely end their neutral stance in the Middle East.
