I believe that, besides them hating us, our already low Ethics will drop. And our military and nuclear anxiety will rise.

So we should try to avoid overusing them and do a lot of cultural exchanges afterwards.

I'll check with the filter to see their military funding and I'll check some of my advisors to see how big their military is.

[EDIT] Syria's military is extremely poorly funded and they don't even have a quarter of the soldiers that we do. Also, they are neighbors of Iraq and Israel, both of which are our allies. Invasion time!

[EDIT] I put too many troops in Syria by accident and had my popularity drop to 32 percent. Reload time.
