"Exploded Bomb" means that they (in this case India) have working nuclear bombs, but no launching mechanism. Once they get one, they'll move up to Regional, then Macro-Region, then World Reach. This determines how long of a distance they can nuke over.

Strategic Value is how valuable an area is to the Geo-Political situation the world is in. We want to be as high up there as we are.

Iraq and Pakistan are both part of our alliance now. That's....odd....

Good god man. Socialism has been pushed down into the Other Category. It's been replaced in the rankings by Centralist Islam.

Our ambition could use a bit of reduction, but I don't think we have to worry about it all that much. It's the Ethic and Police State that concern me.

Ignore the details. The Saudi-Iraq Neutral Zone is pretty worthless as far as I can tell (though strangely, it's capitalist).  If you're really interested, it's located just south of Iraq, and just north of Saudi-Arabia.

And besides, in my game, they (china and the SU) do this shit all the time but never invade. Enforcing on their second thoughts is never a bad idea, though.

Personally, I have never had public freakouts when putting over 500000 thousand in a country.

...Though there's a small chance that I misread it as 500000 instead of 50000. Or the drop was less than noticeable.
