Wait for the Palistan-India war to be over and befriend the victor. Stop messing with Ethiopia and send massive amount of aid to Iraq. We need a nuke-wielding ally in the middle-east. And spam cultural exchange/trade missions with ally to grind peace, ethics and money.

I agree with having a strong, potentially nuclear capable ally in the middle east.  Is Israel still our ally in this scenario?

What does it accomplish to give Iraq money to bring more nukes into the world?  Won't they just randomly nuke Armenia and cause WWIII?

Yep. And they have World Reach nukes. So I think the Middle-east is pretty secure due to having TWO nuclear allies there.

It would be really difficult, but yes. However, what has oil have to do with this game? This game does not account for oil and crap like that.

Anyway, if we want the SU to collapse, we should just wait, it's only one year.
