Too bad.  Anyway, bunker down, get into the safest location possible ( was it the war room? ) and try to use every diplomatic trick you've got up your sleeve.  Do not interfere, let them duke it out.  When the Nuclear dust clears, try to appease the country that wins and get on their good side, hopefully it'll be France.
