So im planning to put Skyrim down tonight and tear into the proposed rule changes. Given the short amount of time i've looked at them already, we (nuke, tari and I) have found a few issues with the rules where they're a tad MORE broken than they currently are.

Of course my analysis will take a while...and have accompanying math (as if anyone would expect less from me). At work currently, will catch up later when i can

Well, I figure it's not a particularly major event, you are fairly impartial in vagel's case, so unless anyone objects I figure you can probably see it through to the end. Although any consequences for gang politics might need okaying by CG or Taricus.

Well, I don't actually want to use up both specialist training slots on spies this season- if we need an engineer (or a sailor or some other specialist) later in the year it'd be nice to have that possibility.
But you can train them both to serve as a single specialist, or just train one and leave the other one hanging for now.

Well, unless he's a general, I hardly see how it would kill him...

Nuke...be -very- careful rolling anything that generates a resource in a province. I spoke to fili of this in length as to the options he had involving that sort of aspect.

Also: Any REAL esp missions should probably be rolled by one of us as GMs due to the oddness involved inthe rolls (Assassinating players i really wanna lean toward a 'no' answer, but thats kinda what it was created for)
