Also, before I left on the march, I tried to train Tactician again, but there was a debate on how much you could train a skill that I don't think was ever resolved. If it's fine, could that training be rolled for? If it was changed, would it be possible to just retcon that into Swordskill training, both last season (since I shouldn't have been able to train it due to rule changes) and this season? Just figured I'd ask since both Nuke and CG are on at the moment. ^^^;

I think there should be a roll to see if your attempt to start rumors work, Dwarmin, because it's a very important action. Vespius could be caught talking to soldiers, the soldiers might not believe him (or they might believe the general attacked the queen), and the supplyman could not talk at all.

Have to agree with Shootandrun. I appreciate you being bored and wanting to write, Dwarmin, but all the fallout from Laythe's action should be initially dealt with by a GM. Even if there's a penalty that practically guarantees rumors will spread, it should at least be rolled for.

My rp there implied the rumors is being spread. You notice all that was decided was a wait and see approach. No fermenting rebellion.

The *affects* of those rumors, should be rolled for, yes.

I think it's inevitable that rumors will spread inside the camp, too many people saw Kathos carrying the general. However, there should be a roll to see if they are bad rumors (Psychobitch is mad!) or good rumors (That bastard from the Dragon Empire attacked our beloved Queen!), and another to see if it gets out of the camp.
