I'm going to be conquering around five+ parcels of land north of Ligoria which will bring my income up to 10d+, plus looting those lord's manors will bring in some cash.

He's not likely to win every battle...But sometimes you don't need to fight. Some cloak and dagger and a little sweet talking, and everything works out. Except for the money problems of course.

These border counties seriously piss me off. How come they are still independent? Its essentially free dosh that is unclaimed. Once Mileth is taken I am going to take over this land for Ligoria.

They all have one to two regiments and a parcel of land, which would make it so they don't have any extra income or regiments, plus Vale's castle was the only actual castle in the area at that time, plus two of them think that William is an ally and is going to be bringing them money and titles, a third thinks William is going to bring him money.
Why the hell did you think I asked to meet with them, if not to gauge their strengths and weaknesses?

Plus, in case you haven't noticed, William is a pyschopath.
Although having that plus one to personal combat would be nice, but it seems i'm going to have to keep killing people until I earn it.

Why not? I will have the soldiers to do it and no one can stop me. William is free to meet me in the field, but I doubt that he will come out alive.
