Unfortunately, Taricus has declared by use of time shenanigans that we will not find Retcyl.

This does not stop us from trying. Or maybe even finding the Crow, finding Retcyl, and agreeing to pull a hilarious prank on him by locking him up in "the crow's treasure room".
