*checks notes* Who are the Udanese? Cause Im from the Dragon Empire, which is those dudes in the NE who are huge. At least I'm -pretty- sure thats who the NE guys are. And a GM did confirm that.. so..yeah..

Actually uniting against Laythe might have worked. Considering.. I mean theres a lot of nobles, and each one apparently has a regiment..Numbers would kick some ass.

Easier said than done, but quite doable.

EDIT: Yep THOSE guys. They won't be happy about the dragon empire taking THEIR land :P

And I don't think they even have the numbers to rise up against me :P

Yeah and with me in charge and the fact that the fighting would be so dirty it would make porn look clean, we would have had a good shot. But of course not...no one ever asks the forth question.

Cry me a freaking river. Besides, they weren't ever going to unite under you. They hate you. You would have had to butter them up significantly before they would even consider it.
And some did take a fourth option (join Shola). 

Terenos is from the Dragon Empire- the orangebrown dudes to the NE- same place as Dwarmin.

The Udanese High Kingdom has not indicated much interest in the Storm Coast, and if they were inclined towards fighting the Dragon Empire, they have a huuuge shared border to fight over- no need to cross the mountains and fight over a bunch of silly citystates, is there?
